What Content Studio is

Content Studio is the tool in the Nature Connect Staff Portal (staff.natureconnect.earth) that Nature Connect staff use to prepare, approve and publish Nature Connect's stories, social media posts and videos, including posts to Nature Connect's YouTube channel and TikTok account. It is run by Nature Connect Trust.

Who may use it

Nature Connect staff, and people Nature Connect has given access, signed in with their Nature Connect account. Nature Connect may change or withdraw anyone's access at any time.

YouTube

Content Studio uses YouTube API Services. By using Content Studio's YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The Google Privacy Policy describes how Google handles information, and our Content Studio privacy notice describes what Content Studio keeps and for how long.

Nothing goes to YouTube until the person posting clicks Upload or Post to YouTube. The title, description, tags, audience and visibility they enter are sent to YouTube exactly as entered.

TikTok

Content Studio uses TikTok for Developers, to show staff how Nature Connect's TikTok account is doing and, when it is set up to, to post to that account. By using Content Studio's TikTok features, you agree to be bound by the TikTok Terms of Service. The TikTok Privacy Policy describes how TikTok handles information, and our Content Studio privacy notice describes what Content Studio keeps and for how long.

Nothing goes to TikTok until the person posting confirms it. The caption and settings they choose (who can see it, and whether comments, duets and stitches are allowed) are sent to TikTok exactly as chosen. Posts that use music must follow TikTok's Music Usage Confirmation, and branded or paid content must be marked as such.

What you post

• Post only content that Nature Connect has the right to publish.
• Everyone who can be identified in a photo or video must have agreed to it being published. Content Studio asks you to confirm this where Nature Connect requires it.
• Say honestly whether a video is made for children. YouTube requires this for every video.
• Follow YouTube's and TikTok's Community Guidelines and Nature Connect's own content rules.
